3.1 You retain ownership of the CAD models, images, and other content you upload ("User Content").
3.2 By uploading User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content for the purpose of providing and promoting our Services.
3.3 You represent and warrant that:
   a. You own or have the necessary rights to your User Content
   b. Your User Content does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
   c. Your User Content complies with these Terms and applicable laws

4. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You agree not to:
4.1 Use our Services for any illegal purpose
4.2 Upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights
4.3 Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
4.4 Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
4.5 Interfere with or disrupt our Services
4.6 Scrape or collect data from our Services without permission
4.7 Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
